Student Counselling in Edinburgh

Being at university is simultaneously an exciting and challenging time of change and development. You may be faced with emotional or relationship difficulties for the first time, or you may have pre-existing mental ill-health which is exacerbated at this time. Maybe things aren’t going the way you expected when you went to university, or you feel a bit overwhelmed with all the changes.

While universities may offer counselling services to their students, unfortunately there are often lengthy waiting lists, and limited sessions available. We can offer in person counselling for students in Edinburgh, and online counselling for students in other areas.
